Our last full day in Denali was awesome. We started off our day of waking up early, of course. We booked an 8 hour tour the day before for today! We arrived at the bus depot in Denali National Park at around 7:00am. We hop on the bus and get our 8 hour adventure started

The full ride is 66 miles into the park and 66 miles back out. The landscaping and view is incredibly beautiful

We saw plenty of wildlife. Not as close as we wished but close enough to make out the animal. The first animal we say were caribou. They look a lot like reindeer but they are called caribou.

Caribou were probably our most seen animal. Our awesome and nice bus driver would stop every time we saw an animal so that we could get a better view. He would also stop for bathroom breaks and awesome overlooks and views.
The next animal we saw was a bear. It was so far away it just looked like a brown dot. But we could still make out the shape thanks to the people on the bus with binoculars.
I could not get any pictures of that bear it was farther away. We saw some doll sheep very very far away. Once we got to the 66 miles out, our bus driver stopped at a very good overlook that showed Denali Peak

On our way back we saw a bear that was closer! Everyone jumped up to see it.

This bear was still far but close enough for a decent picture. Our bus driver didn’t talk as much on the way back because we already saw all the things he talked about so it was just a chill ride back where Jonah and I fell asleep and Julia read. Yes I said read, as in a book. Once we got off the amazing 8 hour tour, Julia, my dad and I bought a shirt and we headed home only to relax with our grandparents. And get some delicious ice cream.

Signing off,
