Today, us Smithies and our friends the Marronies went skiing and snowboarding in Snowbowl. Right outside of Flagstaff, Arizona. We had to get up at 6:30 as we were trying to get out the door by 7:30. Of course, when you have 9 people, it takes a little longer. We got out of the house by 8. When we got there, there was a long line to get our gear. Julia, my dad, my friend Elise, and I (Lily) snowboarded while my mom, my brother, Elise’s brother Ethan, and their parents all skied. All good is except for the dad’s took a 2 hour lesson. It ended at 12 and then everyone enjoyed some leftover pizza for lunch. Most people got back onto the slopes for a few more hours of skiing and snowboarding. Everyone gathered up and we headed out. Right now, we are headed home to get comfortable and make some delicious chili
