So after the storm we got out of the apartment. It was on the top floor. It was huge. The kitchen was my favorite. I got my own room. We had dinner. After dinner we play charades and that’s when Bartock (the Owner’s dog) wouldn’t stop coming to the door so I gladly went to play with the sweet boy.
We continued with our game of charades. Then me and dad secretly found stairs up three stories higher than ours to the attic. Julia and I built dominoes that failed. COMPLETELY!
Haha LOL 😂. Any way it was fun. Apparently everyone slept in my room. 😛😄😀🤩 We got up in the morning, had pancakes, and hit the road to the resort. Catch you there.

The AirBnB we stayed in was in the middle of nowhere – Escanaba, Michigan. There were no other residences around – just fields of tall grass and trees. The house looked like a barn and the family rents the top floor.
When you walk in the door, you feel as if you stepped back in time. The decor is definitely from the 70s and early 80s. A small hallway housed a variety of albums. The kids were fascinated that music was listened to this way. Haha! (It is amazing how much technology has changed our lives in just my 40 some years of living.)
Sitting in a green plush recliner reading my book, I felt a wisp of cool air and this feeling that we were being watched. Perhaps too many ghost stories and scary movies, but I think the place was haunted. Of course, Shane laughed at me.
